What You'll Be Doing
- Zero-to-One Feature Development: You'll be responsible for proving out AI feature ideas, iterating on them, and integrating them into our product when they're ready for prime time.
- Data Curation and Processing: Design workflows and processes for gathering and storing data for model training.
- Model Training: Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to unlock performance for our specific domain applications, surpassing what off-the-shelf models can offer.
- Model Evaluation: Rigorously evaluate the performance of your work using appropriate methods, from human preferences/labels to synthetic ground truth.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on AI best practices and effective use of LLMs to other team members.
