Are you ready to embark on a future-proof career with opportunities for growth and development? At Baloise, we offer a comprehensive 2.5-year apprenticeship program in application development, where you'll be part of a dynamic team and work alongside approximately 20 other apprentices.
What to Expect
During your apprenticeship, you'll gain hands-on experience in various departments, guided by dedicated trainers. You'll learn essential programming techniques, with a focus on Java, and gain expertise in project work and database management. Our program is designed to equip you with the skills needed for a successful career in software development.
In addition to practical training, you'll attend vocational school, supplemented by seminars to deepen your knowledge. We value the exchange of ideas among apprentices, and you'll have the opportunity to collaborate on various projects.
Support and Development
We provide ample support, including exam preparation time, internal training, and dedicated learning periods. Our goal is to ensure you have a well-rounded education and are prepared for a successful career.
