Overview
Scale AI is on a historic growth trajectory in the Generative AI sector. We are seeking a Director of Contributor Growth to build and retain our contributor workforce, critical to the next generation of AI models. This role involves cross-functional work to develop growth strategies and lead teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP/GM of Generative AI to define business priorities and drive key initiatives.
- Develop and launch contributor growth strategies aligned with business targets.
- Manage and lead a large organization, coaching and developing teams.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying, measuring, and iterating against key success metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic direction.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in growth or operational roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent executive communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong technical background with proficiency in data analytics using SQL or Python.
- Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $232,000 — $290,000 USD
- Equity compensation subject to Board approval

Location
This position is based in San Francisco, New York, Seattle and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
