Director of Contributor Growth
Scale AI is seeking a Director of Contributor Growth to lead and expand our contributor workforce, which is essential for the next generation of AI models. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our Generative AI business unit, ensuring we maintain and accelerate our market share in the Generative AI space.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with the VP/GM of Generative AI and senior leadership to define business priorities and drive execution of key initiatives.
- Growth Strategy Development: Develop, launch, and ramp contributor growth strategies to meet overall targets.
- Team Management: Manage and develop a large organization, coaching and leading teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Operational Excellence: Identify, measure, and iterate against key success metrics to drive operational excellence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Delivery, and Go-to-Market teams to drive the strategic direction of our Generative AI business.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5-10 years in growth or operational processes, with strong leadership and team management skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in data analytics using SQL or Python.
- Communication: Strong executive communication skills, able to synthesize complex details into accessible insights.
- Problem-solving: Excellent analytical approach, leveraging data to inform strategies.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable with ambiguity and scaling new products or services from the ground up.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI.
- Degree in computer science, STEM, or a technical field, or hands-on experience with building software or machine learning systems.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $232,000—$290,000 USD
- Equity: Eligible roles include equity-based compensation.
