Contributor Engagement Lead, Generative AI
Scale AIRole Overview
As a Contributor Engagement Lead at Scale AI, you will be at the forefront of our Generative AI business unit, driving initiatives that connect with thousands of contributors on our platform. This role is dynamic, requiring you to wear multiple hats including Operator, Program Manager, and Creative Writer. You will be instrumental in leading and defining communication language, strategies, and processes to ensure clear operating instructions for platform users.
Responsibilities
- Develop communications policy and identify strategy, initiatives, channels, and internal operating models related to contributor communications.
- Build and maintain a repertoire of content for various channels such as emails, texts, in-app messaging, and support content using tools like Sendgrid and Contentful.
- Partner with the Head of Contributor Experience and other senior leadership to define business priorities and drive key initiatives.
- Perform analyses and leverage metrics to make recommendations for effective decision making.
- Work with key internal stakeholders including Legal, Communications, Support, Pay, and Product teams.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years experience in leading communications or other relevant roles within a rapidly growing company.
- Strong and clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to lead communication initiatives with technical and business team members.
- Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong orientation towards outcomes and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI is a plus.
- SQL or other quantitative analysis ability is a plus.
