Role Overview
As the Chief of Staff for the Generative AI business unit at Scale AI, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI innovation. This role involves working closely with the leadership team to define business unit priorities, develop strategies, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives. You will be at the forefront of Generative AI and Large Language Models, contributing to projects that have a significant impact on the AI landscape.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP/GM to define business priorities and drive key initiatives.
- Develop business unit strategy and business development priorities.
- Manage annual planning processes and operational rhythms including leadership meetings and team offsites.
- Perform analyses and provide recommendations to enhance decision-making processes.
- Act as a thought partner to leadership, identifying risks and opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years experience in management consulting, business operations, or similar roles.
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to handle complex details.
- Proven leadership in projects with technical and business teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI is a plus.

Additional Information
- This role is based in New York City but offers a hybrid work arrangement.
- The salary range for this position is $175,000 – $215,000, with equity and additional benefits.
