Our team, the Driver Times Management team, is responsible for end-user services that help our customers comply with EU Driver Times regulations, contributing to safer roads and saved lives.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will develop software applications in Java, ensuring they meet customer needs and comply with regulations. You will also be responsible for deploying, operating, and maintaining these applications, as well as contributing to the solution design of new functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate with Developers, UX Designers, Business Analysts, Testers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
- Participate in the refinement of requirements and take ownership of the product.
- Continuously seek improvements and engage in dialogues with colleagues to enhance processes.
Your Profile
- Proficient in Java, with knowledge of Spring, SQL, Git, Linux, and REST.
- Experience in Full-Stack Development with React is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for technology.
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with a valid work permit for Sweden.

Location
Our office is located at Lindholmen Science Park, in the heart of Gothenburg's tech hub.
