Voyado is seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our innovative Ad Experience team in Lund, Sweden. As a key member of this new team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of retail media by developing and enhancing our data-driven SaaS platform. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the early stages of a project and influence its direction.

About the Role

As a Backend Developer, you will work closely with our partner integrators and engage in tech discoveries to determine the best focus areas. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating in whiteboard sessions to brainstorm and design solutions.
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Working on architecture and integrations to bring the team's ideas to life.
Balancing feature delivery with beta testing and user expectations.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and a passion for backend development. You should be motivated by the unknown and excel in a collaborative environment. Key qualifications include:

Strong knowledge of Java.
Basic cloud knowledge, preferably AWS, but Azure or GCP is also acceptable.
A couple of years of professional experience in backend application development.
A degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
