Voyado is seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our innovative Ad Experience team in Lund, Sweden. As a key member of this new team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of retail media by developing and enhancing our data-driven SaaS platform. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the early stages of a project and influence its direction.
About the Role
As a Backend Developer, you will work closely with our partner integrators and engage in tech discoveries to determine the best focus areas. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating in whiteboard sessions to brainstorm and design solutions.
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Working on architecture and integrations to bring the team's ideas to life.
- Balancing feature delivery with beta testing and user expectations.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and a passion for backend development. You should be motivated by the unknown and excel in a collaborative environment. Key qualifications include:
- Strong knowledge of Java.
- Basic cloud knowledge, preferably AWS, but Azure or GCP is also acceptable.
- A couple of years of professional experience in backend application development.
- A degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
