Are you passionate about cloud technologies and eager to work with cutting-edge solutions? Voyado is looking for a talented Cloud Engineer to join our SRE and Cloud team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the stability and reliability of our mission-critical services and systems, which process large volumes of data daily.

Your Role

As a Cloud Engineer, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor infrastructure and software solutions that ensure high availability and reliability of our services.
• Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to detect, prevent, and resolve infrastructure and software issues.
• Work closely with development teams to identify and mitigate potential reliability risks in the design and implementation of new features and services.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and tools to improve service reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation of service designs, configurations, and procedures.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of experience with major cloud providers, particularly AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency in observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos, or Datadog.
• Experience in scripting within Linux environments.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management/orchestration tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Saltstack.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, using tools like GitHub and Jenkins.
• Strong Linux server administration skills and a basic understanding of networking.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
