Level.works is seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in Rotterdam. We are a leading SaaS platform in the flexible labor market, connecting companies and workers across sectors like delivery, transport, logistics, and safety. About the Role

As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the backend architecture of our platform. You will work in a cross-functional international team, building robust and high-quality applications in an agile environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders and the product team, receiving direct feedback on the features you develop.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the backend architecture of the Level.works platform.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team based in Rotterdam and Brno.
Design, develop, document, test, maintain, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-quality code.
Participate in guild communities to brainstorm and improve our codebase.
Engage in creating and shaping the culture of our development team.

Our Technology Stack

Backend: Node.js, AWS
Frontend: React, React Native
Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript

While expertise in our specific technologies is not mandatory, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. Experience with Python or PHP is a plus.
