Efficy is seeking a talented Back End DevOps Engineer with expertise in TypeScript and Node.js to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. This role is pivotal in driving innovation within Efficy by developing new features and solving complex engineering challenges in a modern, cloud-native, microservice-based environment.

Your Impact

As a Back End DevOps Engineer, you will:

Implement new features and solve engineering challenges using a modern, cloud-native, microservice-based tech stack.
Participate in the full lifecycle of the product, from requirement gathering to production deployment and maintenance.
Take an active part in team development, knowledge sharing, and improvements to increase team velocity and developer quality of life.
Respond to disruptions and proactively work to prevent them from occurring.
Be part of a weekly rotating on-call duty, which includes additional time off.

About You

You have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional development experience with a robust software engineering background.
You have professional experience using Amazon Web Services (particularly ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, ElasticSearch, CloudWatch, and supporting tools like IAM) and Docker in production systems.
You are experienced with backend technologies including Node.js and TypeScript. Experience with Go Lang is a plus.
You have experience with frontend technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and Angular.
You are willing to pick up new skills and programming languages as required by the domain.
You have experience working on CI/CD pipelines.
You are interested in, and able to work hands-on with managing your own cloud infrastructure daily.
You are creative and solutions-oriented, enjoying tackling big challenges and learning new things along the way.
You have a strong sense of responsibility and take ownership of your work, always delivering high quality.
You have a collaborative mindset and can work as part of a very distributed development organization where many small teams need to coordinate.
You have good working knowledge in English.
