LegalFly is a leading legal AI platform trusted by major European enterprises and law firms. We have strategic partnerships with industry leaders like Slaughter & May and Allianz. Following a successful Series A funding round of 15 million EUR in July 2024, we are experiencing rapid growth and plan to triple our team by the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a secure AI workspace focused on data protection and privacy.
- Build and maintain scalable backend systems to modernize the legal industry.
- Maintain APIs for various client applications, ensuring smooth communication with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize systems to improve the performance of LLM input and output.
- Keep databases organized and running efficiently.
- Work with cutting-edge AI technologies like machine learning and vector databases.
Ideal Candidate
- Expert-level skills in back-end development using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Fluent in English and preferably Dutch.
- Experience with AI, vector databases, and/or machine learning is a plus.
- Thrive in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Team and Management
You will join the engineering team led by CTO & Co-Founder Kasper Verbeeck and Engineering Manager Olivier Deknop. The team consists of 5 Senior Engineers from Match Group, Tinder, and In The Pocket.
