About the Role
As a Backend Engineer - BA4 at our partner company, you will be instrumental in the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of both existing and new systems. This role goes beyond mere coding; it involves playing a critical role in solving complex problems for our clients and customers on a daily basis. You will develop a deep understanding of global markets and finance, making an immediate impact.
Responsibilities
- Development and Delivery: Develop high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensure that the code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Code Quality and Knowledge Sharing: Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing among peers.
- Industry Trends and Innovations: Stay informed about industry technology trends and innovations. Actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
- Secure Coding Practices: Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
- Unit Testing: Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
