This position is part of the Customer Service Platform (CSP) team, which integrates product technology resources to enhance customer service experiences through efficient self-service solutions and convenient tools for agents.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for product planning, goal setting, and strategy breakdown for the international e-commerce customer service system.
- Develop product solutions to identified issues and collaborate with teams across algorithm, customer service, operations, and R&D to implement these solutions.
- Design and implement large-scale cross-platform web-based features and services using Node.js.
- Solve unique, large-scale, highly complex technical problems.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to team's product and engineering efforts.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with coding in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain it during employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous software engineering experience from internships, work experience, coding competitions, or publications.
- High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities.
Additional Information
- This internship is scheduled for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2025 with multiple start dates available.
- Candidates must be able to commit to one of the specified start dates and state availability clearly in their resume.

- Successful candidates will participate in ByteDance's technical online assessment on HackerRank.
