About the Team
The Global E-commerce team at TikTok is dedicated to building a content ecosystem for E-commerce. We aim to provide high-quality E-commerce content, attract creators, and support merchants in selling their products effectively.
Role Overview
As a Backend Software Engineer in the Technical Infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our systems. You will be responsible for maintaining system stability, improving R&D efficiency, and enhancing resource efficiency across our platforms.
Responsibilities
- Ensure system stability for the US business in TikTok content e-commerce.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the CICD process.
- Collaborate with teams to implement efficiency improvement tools.
- Assist in system performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software design and development.
- Experience with large-scale distributing systems and high concurrency, high availability systems.
- Proficiency in Golang and solid understanding of databases like Redis and MySQL.
- Experience in high performance or system stability is a plus.
