Job Description
Join TikTok as a Senior Backend Engineer in our Business Risk Integrated Control (BRIC) team, where you will play a crucial role in protecting TikTok users and ensuring the authenticity of our community experience. Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Development: Build infrastructures to enable the construction, deployment, and serving at scale of risk defense algorithms and machine learning models. Enhance the capacities of risk prevention, perception, and remediation across various TikTok businesses.
- Automation and Tools: Develop tools and automate procedures to support risk analytics and defense enforcement.
- State-of-the-Art Solutions: Ensure that risk control solutions are state-of-the-art in terms of data security, modularization, privacy, and compliance.
About the Team
The BRIC team is dedicated to minimizing the impact of inauthentic behaviors on TikTok platforms, covering areas such as account integrity, engagement authenticity, anti-spam, API abuse, growth fraud, live streaming security, and financial safety. You will be part of a team that develops novel solutions to unique challenges in a rapidly evolving product ecosystem.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $194,000 to $355,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and restricted stock units.
