About the Role
As an Engineering Manager, you will:
- Lead a talented machine learning team, pushing the boundaries of AI-based content creation.
- Collaborate weekly with leadership and the engineering team to review and prioritize goals.
- Build and nurture a team of skilled engineers from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow high-performing engineering teams.
- Design, implement, and improve large-scale distributed machine learning systems.
- Lead impactful and novel machine learning projects.
- Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate on them with tight product deadlines.
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of experience in a team lead or engineering manager role.
- 4+ years of industry experience in an engineering and/or research role.
- Expertise in at least one machine learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Empathetic and inclusive leadership style.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
