Numra is an AI solution for finance teams. Our AI accounts assistant, Mary, handles tasks across accounts payable, accounts receivable, analysis, and reporting. With Numra, finance teams can operate more efficiently without the need to modify their existing ERP systems or overhaul their processes. Numra integrates with all major accounting software and ERP systems, including NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero, ensuring compatibility and ease of adoption. Overview
As a Founder's Associate at Numra, you will tackle a variety of challenges and make a significant impact. Working directly with our CEO, you'll support strategic and operational initiatives across the business. Whether it's giving support on fundraising, building internal processes from scratch, or owning a key project, you'll handle the myriad tasks that come with building and growing a start-up.
Responsibilities
- Strategy: Support the CEO on strategy and fundraising activities.
- Special Projects: Lead special projects for the senior leadership team.
- Process Improvement: Develop efficient internal processes from the ground up.
- Operations: Assist in organising and coordinating day-to-day business operations.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyse data and prepare insightful reports and presentations.
- Customer Success: Help onboard customers, manage relationships, and gather feedback.
Requirements
- Experience working in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven track record of managing and executing projects.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Driven, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Have graduated within the last four years.
- Have a valid work permit to work in Ireland.

Other Information
The role will involve travel to other EU countries, the UK, and the USA. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Dublin office on Baggot St. The salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and skills.
