Hadrius consolidates and automates regulatory compliance for financial firms through our AI-powered platform. The Role
This full-time role is based in New York, NY. You will be responsible for developing from the simplest aspects like CRUD functionality to building distributed systems and robust AI workflows. You will work directly with the founding team to design and build the future of financial compliance, learning about and wearing every hat in the process.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
- Promoted to senior-level or higher
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and distributed systems
- Proficiency in database design and management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Exceptional Qualifications
- Financial, financial software, or fintech experience
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning algorithms
- Strong experience with React, Django, and/or AWS
- Previously founded a company
- Deep experience with LLMs for classification tasks
