OffDeal is an AI-native investment bank focused on buying and selling small businesses. We leverage custom AI agents and big data to efficiently match buyers with acquisition targets, significantly reducing the time required compared to traditional M&A advisors. Our platform allows us to search for targets for hundreds of buyers concurrently, operating 24/7.
The Role
As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you will work closely with the founders to develop our AI-native platform. This platform is designed to enhance the productivity of our M&A advisors, making them 10x more effective. Your contributions will directly influence the transfer of $10 trillion worth of small businesses over the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with M&A advisors to manage projects from ideation to deployment.
- Develop across the entire stack using our 100% TypeScript codebase, including ReactJS and NodeJS.
- Integrate and work with the latest AI technologies, including in-house AI agents and complex recommendation and search algorithms.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in shipping 0 to 1 products using TypeScript, React, and NodeJS.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and unstructured startup environments.
- A generalist mindset with a passion for building across the stack.
- Strong product sense, capable of acting as your own product manager and designer.

- Systems Design (45 min): Architect a solution to a real challenge faced by OffDeal.
