About the Role
As a Staff Full Stack Engineer at Dealroom.co, you will play a crucial role in our engineering team, contributing to the development and maintenance of our platform to serve over 100k monthly active users. You will work closely with other engineering departments to architect user-facing solutions that prioritize efficiency, scalability, and reliability. Expect to dive deep into constructing and implementing solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
Responsibilities

- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of Dealroom’s platform.
- Mentor teammates and act as a technical leader within the team.
- Lead the team and define best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.

What We Look For
- 6+ years of production-level experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred).
- Strong experience in architecting, developing, deploying, and operating large-scale production systems.
- Familiarity with server-side web technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go).
- Good knowledge of SQL and familiarity with CI/CD tools and GitOps.
- Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
