About the Role
As a Founding Mobile Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in building exceptional mobile experiences for our customers. You will be a key player in our small, dynamic team, contributing significantly to the success of Carma's engineering efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Delightful Customer Experiences: Design and build mobile applications using React Native. You will navigate the full software development lifecycle, including implementation, testing, and technical support.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional team members to advance our product and engineering goals. You will iterate on our engineering infrastructure to enhance our offerings.
- Foster Growth: Help refine our recruiting process, conduct technical interviews, and mentor fellow team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

- You have significant experience in building and shipping high-quality products.

- You possess a strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals and communicate efficiently.
