Job Overview

This role primarily involves working on the Ikon Pass mobile application, contributing to its design, development, and evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile Development: Develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall design and architecture of the applications.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process and streamline development workflows.
• Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
• Craftsmanship: Make process and code decisions that are modular and sustainable, ensuring high code quality through reviews and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and implement improvements to development processes.
• Site Reliability: Participate in on-call duties and monitor the mobile applications once released to production.
• Agile Processes: Participate in agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, and retrospectives) and pair programming.

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on programming experience.
• Proficiency in React Native, React/Redux, JavaScript (ES6/Typescript), iOS (Swift/Objective C), and Android (Java).
• Experience with testing tools such as Jest, Detox, and React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like CircleCI and BrowserStack.
• Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration.
• Knowledge of REST API frameworks and API authentication techniques (OAuth2).
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience working with a UX digital design team.

Location

This position is based in Denver, Colorado, with a hybrid work environment allowing for both on-site and remote work.

Salary

The base salary range for this position is €127,000 to €184,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
