Join our dynamic team as a Founding Senior Frontend Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of voice AI technology. We are Superpowered, a cutting-edge startup building the infrastructure that bridges the gap between raw AI models and production-ready voice AI solutions. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our entire frontend Dashboard platform, contributing to the growth and culture of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Ship Frontend Features: You will be expected to design and deliver frontend features, with the ability to ship a pre-scoped feature within the first 7 days and independently ship a feature within the first 30 days.
- Collaborate with Growth Engineering: Work closely with the growth engineering team to ship a set of experiments within the first 45 days.
- Enhance Codebase Robustness: Make the frontend codebase more robust, composable, and maintainable by shipping improvements or refactors within the first 14 days.
- User Feedback and Improvements: Listen to user feedback and ship improvements, responding to support team requests and customer threads promptly.
- Delight Customers: Build features that delight customers, such as adding engaging elements like confetti on the first call.
Required Competencies
- React + TypeScript Expertise: Strong experience with React and TypeScript frontend stack.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas.
- Startup Mindset: Ready to make sacrifices for the uncertain and bring new ideas to life.
- Problem Solving: Ability to independently solve problems and improve the product.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Founding/Senior/Staff/Principal Engineer.
- 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack or Frontend Software Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in designing and deploying features.

Salary
The salary range for this position is €100,000 to €220,000 per year, reflecting the level of expertise and experience required for this role.
