Senior Software Engineer – Front-End

About the Role

At Dynamo AI, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Front-End development to lead the design and architecture of user-centric interfaces that enhance the user experience across our platform. You will be instrumental in creating high-quality, responsive user interfaces using TypeScript and the React ecosystem. This role involves working closely with product teams to drive the implementation of complex feature requirements efficiently. Additionally, you may play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the overall front-end strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, Design, and Develop: Lead the development of front-end systems using TypeScript, React, and related tools, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Translate Designs: Rapidly convert Figma mockups into fully functional, high-quality user interfaces with a strong emphasis on design fidelity.
Design Reviews: Lead design reviews and ensure the implementation aligns with overall architectural guidelines and best practices.
Optimize Applications: Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility, providing consistent performance across devices.
State Management: Implement and manage state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand) to ensure efficient data flow within applications.
Collaborate with UX/UI Designers: Work closely with designers to influence design decisions and provide feedback on feasibility and implementation strategies.
Integrate with Backend: Collaborate with backend teams to integrate front-end components with APIs and services, ensuring smooth end-to-end functionality.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience developing user interfaces with TypeScript, React, and associated ecosystem tools.
Front-End Architecture: Demonstrated experience in front-end architecture and design patterns, with the ability to drive complex projects from conception to completion.
Design Translation: Strong proficiency in translating design mockups into responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
State Management: Experience with state management solutions and modern build tools like Webpack or Vite.
Accessibility Standards: Solid understanding of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusive user experiences.
Testing Frameworks: Proficient in front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) for ensuring code quality and reliability.
Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including product management, backend development, and UX/UI design.
