Job Summary
Join cloopio, a dynamic travel tech venture, as a Freelance Frontend Developer. You will be instrumental in building, scaling, and maintaining our one-click booking platform, designed to connect distributed teams through curated offsite events across Europe. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the development of a platform that simplifies team experience planning.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CTO to translate business and product requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain the website's frontend, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Implement connections with the backend using REST APIs and GraphQL.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, providing technical support to internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending improvements to optimize the platform.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Frontend Developer.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Solid understanding of the entire web stack, including front- and back-end integration.
- Experience with third-party tools and SaaS platforms integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and quick adaptability to changing requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a startup environment, taking ownership of projects.
Valuable Additions
- Previous experience in a startup or travel-tech environment.
- Skills in UX/UI design.
Offer Package
- Day rate: EUR 200-300, depending on capabilities.
- 1 month initial contract with potential to extend and transition to full-time.
