Your Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside experts in User Experience, User Interface, Backend, and Testing to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Create User-Centric Interfaces: Design and implement user interfaces with a focus on browser support and performance.
- Educate and Lead: Share your knowledge with colleagues, support team goals, and take on leadership roles within projects.
- Feedback and Improvement: Engage in constructive feedback processes to continuously improve team and personal performance.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience with React and Next.js frameworks.
- Strong Frontend Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SCSS, and TypeScript, with a focus on clean coding practices.
- Team Player: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong desire for continuous learning and development.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent English skills are required; German is a plus.
- Decision-Making: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
