About the Role
As a Frontend Developer, you will be working on our OneShop initiative, which transforms legacy platforms into state-of-the-art digital architectures. This role involves developing features from ideation to production deployment, ensuring high-quality code and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new feature development from ideation to testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality features.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Implement scalable, secure, and robust systems in a microservices ecosystem.
- Continuously improve tools and systems.
- Mentor a team of 4-5 frontend and HTML developers.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3-8 years of industry experience.
- Solid understanding of the React or Angular ecosystem.
- Experience in building Progressive Web Apps and responsive design.
- Skilled in component-driven development.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices and design patterns.
- Experience with Express/Node and backend REST APIs.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or Flow, and comfortable with ES6/ES7.
- Experience with test-driven development is a plus.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and profiling tools.
