Doctolib is seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in advancing our web application, focusing on building and maintaining high-quality care cooperation features within the Doctolib suite for healthcare professionals.
Your Role
As a Frontend Engineer, you will:
- Build and Maintain Features: Develop and maintain care cooperation features using React and TypeScript, with occasional maintenance of our web chat companion written in Angular.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with peers in Android, iOS, web, and Java backend teams to build a scalable product and enhance user experience for over 650,000 users.
- Focus on Quality and Security: Implement test-driven development practices, ensuring security and privacy are at the forefront of all development activities.
- Full Development Lifecycle: Engage in the complete development process, from feature design with product managers and UX designers to debugging production issues.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in web application development, with a strong preference for experience in React and TypeScript.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with complex frontend codebases, automated testing, and CI pipelines.
- Problem Solving: A passion for understanding how things work and improving them.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
