Since 2008, we have been working with our four brands - doctari, lichtfeld, planerio, and arztpool - on our vision to take medical personnel exactly where they are most urgently needed. We aim to become Europe's leading medical procurement platform, combining workforce management at scale with the largest network of medical professionals. Now, we are taking a big step further: our vision is to build the number one app for doctors in the app store, a so-called “super app.” Therefore, we are assembling a completely new team for this purpose. Your Role

Join one of our new cross-functional teams that builds a next-gen platform for healthcare institutions. As a Technical Lead, you will:

• Lead and oversee developers through product design, planning, development implementation, and product/system testing.
• Build and improve software that impacts the lives of thousands of medical professionals.
• Work with our product organization to drive short feedback cycles by delivering affordable and extendable product increments.
• Empower and inspire your fellow technical colleagues.
• Refine our architecture, drive technical topics, and share knowledge across the tech organization.

Your Experience & Personality

• Proven technical leadership, ideally 1+ years.
• Enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about TypeScript.
• Solid experience with web and cloud application development.
• Extensive practical knowledge of event-driven architecture and AWS services.
• Relevant experience with React best practices development.
• Familiarity with basic Agile concepts and methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Scrum).
• Passionate about developing applications with an excellent user experience and value clean, robust, maintainable code.
• Good coaching and mentoring skills.
• Relevant experience with more of our tech stack (Kafka, AWS, Google Cloud, Docker) and tools (GitHub, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams).
