Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and Implement UI: Collaborate with the founders to design and implement an exceptional user interface that is both engaging and intuitive.
- Lead Frontend Architecture: Make key decisions regarding frontend architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability of the platform.
- Optimize Web Performance: Drive initiatives to enhance web performance, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Advocate UI/UX Best Practices: Implement best practices in UI/UX design, keeping the user at the center of every decision.
- Iterate Based on User Feedback: Continuously improve the platform by incorporating user feedback.
- Stay Updated with Frontend Technologies: Keep abreast of the latest frontend technologies and integrate them into the platform where relevant.
- Establish Frontend Practices: Set foundational frontend practices to guide future team members.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Degree in a technical discipline, preferably computer science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in React/NextJS or similar frontend frameworks.
- Web Development Process: Experience with the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment.
- API Integration: Ability to integrate seamlessly with backend APIs.
- Source Control: Familiarity with source control tools, preferably Git.
- Responsive Design: In-depth knowledge of responsive design principles.
- UI/UX Design: A keen eye for user experience and UI design.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Problem Solving: Aptitude for problem-solving and enthusiasm for overcoming challenges.

- No/Low-Code Platforms: Familiarity with no/low-code platforms.
