Join Our Team as a Frontend Developer

Good Inside is seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our dynamic acquisition team. This is a full-time position based in Manhattan, New York, with a hybrid work model requiring three days a week in the office. As a Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our marketing and acquisition user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our landing pages. Collaborate with other web developers to enhance our flagship web and community experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product, design, and marketing teams to support all acquisition and lifecycle marketing needs. This includes community integration, blog environment, and SEO integration.
• Technical Leadership: Act as a resource for other engineers and product managers, providing guidance on architectural choices and processes.
• Data Visualization: Collaborate with backend engineers to effectively serve and visualize data.
• Documentation: Write and distribute clear documentation regarding architectural choices and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in building user-facing web applications, particularly in high-growth startup environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and React.js, with experience in low/no-code tooling.
• Marketing Acumen: Experience with A/B testing, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and general acquisition optimization.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to foster effective cross-functional relationships.
• Problem Solving: Ability to remain calm and organized when faced with shifting priorities and roadblocks.

What We Offer

• Competitive Salary: $120,000 to $135,000 annually, plus company equity.
