About the Role
As a Frontend Engineer at Arena, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative user interfaces that enhance the interaction between humans and AI systems. Your primary responsibility will be to work with both internal teams and external customers to prototype and build novel user interfaces across our product suite. This role requires a deep understanding of user empathy and the ability to translate AI techniques into scalable tools and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prototype and Build UX/UI: Develop user interfaces that effectively communicate product ideas and expand the possibilities of UX/UI for AI.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with designers, engineers, scientists, and customers to ensure our AI technologies translate into effective user experiences.
- Deploy Solutions: Forward deploy both domestically and internationally up to 50% of your time, working directly with customers to solve complex challenges.
- Full Solution Lifecycle: Own the entire lifecycle from problem identification to designing and implementing data-driven solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Figma.
- AI and Machine Learning Enthusiasm: Demonstrated interest and knowledge in AI and machine learning concepts.
- Problem Solving: Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with empathy for end-users, ensuring usability across UI, API, and SDKs.
