Frontend Software Engineer with React

About The Role

Ramp is seeking a talented Frontend Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and building performant, beautiful, and usable interfaces that enhance our platform's user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive our technical vision and lead the implementation of complex projects.

Responsibilities

Build and Design: Create performant, beautiful, and usable interfaces that meet customer needs.
Collaborate: Work with team members to develop and implement our technical vision.
Lead Projects: Take charge of multiple complex projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Foster UX Excellence: Promote a culture of upholding industry-leading user experience standards.
Improve Processes: Continuously enhance our engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale productivity and codebase.
Mentor and Inspire: Guide and mentor less experienced engineers and interns, fostering a culture of excellence and humility.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in frontend engineering.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and React, with a knack for getting the visuals right.
Track Record: Proven ability to ship high-quality products and develop projects at scale.
Problem Solving: Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
Fast-Paced Environment: Desire to work in a dynamic environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.
