Full-Stack Developer (GO)
Overview
Join TomTom as a Full-Stack Developer and be part of our new customer experience core development team. You will engage in UI, UX, and software design sessions to shape the future of customer engagement and success. This role involves working with the latest technology and automating processes wherever possible. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering managers, staff engineers, and your team to own the product end-to-end and bring our vision to life.
Responsibilities
- Participate in UI, UX, and software design sessions to enhance customer engagement.
- Automate processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product and engineering managers, staff engineers, and your team to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Work with the latest technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge and programming experience with Go and either TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Good understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Ability to present and propagate good software development practices, including clean code and code review.
- Experience in cloud-native application development and delivery.
- Familiarity with DevOps culture, a kaizen mindset, and an affinity for lean development.
- Desire to be involved in the product lifecycle from start to finish.
Nice to Have
- Experience in building software that complies with security ISO 27001 standards.
Location
This position is based in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, and offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for both on-site and off-site work.
