Senior Full Stack Engineer (Go, JavaScript)

About the Role

Join AUTODOC's Corporate IT Software Engineering Organization as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing, deploying, and monitoring new microservices to enhance business efficiency. Your role will involve creating, maintaining, and improving backend systems while enabling visualization of metrics for monitoring and control.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, and debug applications in various software languages.
• Deliver well-designed, maintainable, and efficient code across the entire stack of technologies.
• Collaborate with the team to ideate, develop, and implement innovative technological solutions that drive the company's growth.
• Work on the continuous evolution of AUTODOC’s services and applications, creating a scalable architecture based on distributed microservices.
• Decouple the existing monolith application into distributed microservices architecture.
• Design and implement microservices using Golang, RabbitMQ, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Engage in test-driven development and test automation.
• Monitor services, alert, and mitigate incidents using tools like New Relic and Grafana.
• Conduct code reviews with peers to optimize logic and detect bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with familiarity in frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Strong experience with backend programming languages like Golang.
• Understanding of server-side languages including Node.js, and database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with microservices and cloud architectures, particularly Google Cloud Platform, Docker, and Git.
• Knowledge of architecture/design methods and patterns, data and API specifications (REST, SOAP), quality assurance, and testing methods.
• Familiarity with agile and DevOps principles, test-driven development, and continuous integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply logical and analytical thinking to complex problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
