Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and NodeJS to join our team. This role is with an American public company, one of the oldest IT companies in the world, and involves working on a flexible SaaS solution for agile enterprise planning.
Location
This position is based in Kraków, Poland, with a hybrid work model requiring two days per week in the office.
Compensation
The role offers a competitive rate of 120-185 PLN per hour net + VAT, under a B2B contract.
Contract Details
- Type: B2B contract
- Duration: 6 months with potential extensions
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a flexible SaaS solution for agile enterprise planning.
- Work collaboratively within a Scrum team of 60 engineers, organized into smaller teams of 4 to 7 people.
- Engage in a holistic approach to connect strategy to execution, achieving results, value, and overall improvements.
Required Skills and Experience
- Technologies: 50% NodeJS, 50% React.js
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- Language: Proficiency in English (B2/B2+ level)
Team Environment
- Work within a strong technical team with mixed experience levels.
- Collaborate with international team members and a few testers.
