Full-Stack Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in Zagreb, Croatia. As a Full-Stack Engineer at Happening, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions that power Superbet Group's global platforms. You will work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development: Participate in all stages of product development, from ideation and planning to implementation and release.
- Code Quality: Write clean, reusable, testable, and maintainable code.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaboration: Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage cutting-edge technologies such as TypeScript, React, Vite, AWS, Kubernetes, Argo, GitHub Actions, and more.
- Tools: Utilize top-tier tools like Notion, Jira Cloud, GitHub, Zoom, and Slack for collaboration.
Qualifications
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience with a strong understanding of JavaScript.
- Tech Stack: Experience with our tech stack, including frontend frameworks (preferably React), Node.js, and MySQL.
- TypeScript Proficiency: Expertise in TypeScript is highly valued as we use it for all our frontend projects.
- Software Development: Solid knowledge of best practices, design patterns, and key principles of software development.
- Mindset: A collaborative mindset, as we believe we're stronger together.
Bonus Points
- Experience in the betting or gaming industry.
- Experience developing back-office applications, such as dashboards and CRUD systems with complex data models.
- A solid understanding of performance optimization practices and the ability to apply techniques to enhance application performance.
- Experience creating applications with high-frequency, low-latency data changes.
