At DAS B.V., we are masters in legal assistance, with a mission to make the law accessible to everyone. We are looking for a driven Full Stack Developer to join us in this important mission.

About the Role

Working as a Full Stack Developer at DAS is challenging and rewarding. You will be part of the CX, Tech, and Data department, working with a team of 12 colleagues to develop customer-oriented applications and platforms that support our clients with their legal inquiries. Our department is in full development, utilizing and advancing new technologies.

Recently, we introduced a new customer contact platform for all client interactions (NICE/CXOne). By 2025, we aim to offer even more digital self-service options to our clients through this platform and our portals. Our main goal is to create customer-centric solutions and strong customer journeys. We also value camaraderie; every Thursday afternoon, the entire ICT department gathers for a casual get-together.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and Innovation: Work on our three portals: MijnDAS (for clients), DVA (for partners), and the open portal of das.nl. Develop new features to enhance customer experience and organizational efficiency using the latest tools and techniques.
• Technical Integration: Ensure smooth integration between applications, from front-end to back-end and infrastructure. Develop new features and optimize existing systems.
• Collaboration in Scrum Teams: Work within an Agile SAFe framework and participate in Scrum teams per portal. Your role includes both front-end and back-end development, providing oversight and support across the team.
• Customer Focus: Collaborate with the Product Owner to map out customer needs and contribute to technical solutions. Your input and ideas are highly valued.
• Feedback Loops: Work with customer panels to gather valuable feedback and translate it into technical improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in a full-stack position, handling both front-end and back-end tasks.
• Experience in a complex environment with multiple systems and CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, primarily C# and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code, preferably in Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Passion for clean code and improving the codebase with each Pull Request (Boy Scout Rule).
• Experience in developing applications in both front-end and back-end.
• Ability to connect people and teams, enhancing collaboration.

What We Offer

• Salary from €4134 to €6110 gross per month based on 38 hours
• 8% holiday pay and a 13th month
• Preferably a contract between 32 and 38 hours
