About the Role
Laylo is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for writing code and building beautiful user experiences. This role involves not only technical development but also engaging with users, participating in design discussions, and contributing to the overall product vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a small engineering team to build mission-critical tools for creators.
- Develop entirely new products from scratch and make important architectural decisions.
- Plan, organize, and execute projects from idea to launch.
- Work closely with design, operations, and creators to deliver high-quality products.
- Establish engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
- Create visually stunning and easy-to-use user experiences.
What We Are Looking For
- A passion for building meaningful products and empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs.
- Experience in all aspects of product development, from customer interaction to technical decision-making.
- A balance between speed and quality, understanding the trade-offs involved.
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development, with hands-on experience in React, TypeScript, and Apollo.
- Familiarity with mobile responsive design and component architecture is a plus.
- A desire to work in a tight-knit team environment.

Laylo powers drops for some of the world’s biggest creators and brands. Our platform combines landing pages, messaging, link tracking, and more to empower musicians, artists, celebrities, creators, and brands with the tools to drive more sales and streams around their most important moments.
We are a small team based in Los Angeles, with remote team members across various states. We value a strong written documentation culture and operate across Slack, Notion, and Figma.

Additional Information
- This is a remote position, but we are open to hiring within North America.
- We have a daily 30-minute standup and prioritize asynchronous communication to move quickly and efficiently.
