Join Our Team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer
Superframe is an innovative early-stage company dedicated to building the next generation of CRM solutions. We are seeking a product-driven Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team in San Francisco. This role offers a unique opportunity to own end-to-end feature development and have a significant impact on our product's direction.
What You'll Do
- Develop Core Web Applications: Collaborate with our small team to develop our core web application, focusing on both frontend and backend development.
- Own Feature Development: Take ownership of feature development from conceptualization through product design to implementation.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineers and designers to build, test, and ship new user-facing code.
- Utilize a Wide Range of Technologies: Work with TypeScript on both backend and frontend, PostgreSQL, Redis, React, and GraphQL. Evaluate and integrate new technologies as needed.
What We Look For
- Strong Full Stack Development Skills: Proficiency in both backend and frontend product development.
- Senior-Level Experience: A proven track record of several years in software engineering, with experience in owning complex feature development end-to-end.
- Interest in Modern Technologies: Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and ideas.
- Collaborative Team Player: Willingness to work primarily in-office and be part of a collaborative team environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Approximately $200,000/year.
- Equity Options: Very competitive equity package.
