About the Role
As a Fullstack Engineer at Arena, you will work across the stack to create innovative user experiences for our product suite. You will collaborate with internal teams and external customers to define and implement human-computer interactions in the age of active learning AI. Your role involves enabling users to understand the impact and performance of our machine learning systems in novel ways.
Key Responsibilities
- Prototype and build UX/UI to communicate product ideas effectively.
- Collaborate on API design and data modeling.
- Deploy solutions domestically and internationally, up to 50% of the time.
- Partner with designers, engineers, scientists, and customers to translate AI technologies into scalable tools and services.
- Utilize a variety of languages, libraries, frameworks, and tools, including React, Node.js, TypeScript, Figma, Tailwind, and Framer Motion.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a related field.
- Enthusiasm and knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
- Ability to write clean, efficient code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills with empathy for end-users.
- High standards for product aesthetics and functionality.

Salary
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $225,000 per year, depending on experience and skills. We also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
Location
This position is based in New York, NY, and requires on-site work.
