Join NIO as an Intern in AD SW Integration and Validation
NIO, a pioneer in the premium smart electric vehicle market, is seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our AD (Autonomous Driving) team in Munich. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a movement that is changing the mobility experience for everyone.
Responsibilities
As an intern in the AD SW Integration and Validation team, you will:
- Assist in the integration of software modules developed by different teams.
- Conduct functional, regression, and system-level testing to identify issues and ensure software meets quality standards.
- Perform diagnostic testing and inform stakeholders about the current issues.
- Support the analysis and reporting of software issues related to the driving assistance system.
- Collaborate with software engineers to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Document and report bugs and issues, and track their resolution.
- Support the development of automated testing frameworks.
- Help maintain and update the integration and validation environments.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should be:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Familiar with vehicle electronic architectures and automotive software.
- Have a basic understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
- Able to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Proficient in using Linux for software testing purposes.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- A holder of a European driving license is considered a plus.
