About the Role
At BMW Group, we are looking for a passionate Werkstudent to join our Innovationsmanagement team, focusing on Gen AI Tech Scouting and Software Development. This role is perfect for students who are fascinated by the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence and eager to apply these innovations in practical settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Technological Trends: You will be responsible for identifying current and future technology trends in Generative AI within the production and automotive sectors.
- Integration Support: Assist in integrating these trends into BMW's production systems, utilizing cutting-edge Large Language Models and state-of-the-art IT infrastructure.
- Feasibility Evaluation: Evaluate the feasibility and benefits of potential Generative AI applications and implement promising concepts.
- Collaboration: Work directly with our departments and IT teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Application Development: Independently develop applications for exciting projects, design, and test prototypes.
What We Are Looking For
- Educational Background: You should be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in German and good English skills are required.
- Technical Skills: Ideally, you have some experience with Python, AWS/Azure, Machine Learning, Knowledge Graphs, and Generative AI.
- Creative and Analytical: Your creativity and analytical skills will contribute to innovations at BMW Group.
- Experience: Previous experience in the automotive or innovation sector is a plus.
- Innovative Mindset: A creative spirit with an interest in technical innovations and sustainability.
