About the Role
As a Data Engineering and Aftersales Intern, you will be part of the Ferrari Financial Services team, contributing to the development of data infrastructure and ETL processes. You will also design and develop new internal web tools, working closely with various teams in the Aftersales department to support daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Engineering: Assist in creating new datasets and views, developing ETL processes, and maintaining data pipelines.
- Documentation: Prepare documentation for existing processes to ensure clarity and continuity.
- Data Modeling: Develop relational data models to support business needs.
- Web Scraping: Design and develop web scraping solutions to gather necessary data.
- Reporting: Create dashboards in Excel and Power BI for KPI monitoring across departments such as Technical Help Desk, Warranty, and Port Operations.
- Manual Updates: Update Aftersales operations manuals and department-specific manuals.
- Benchmarking: Support benchmarking activities for key suppliers like Allstate Roadside Assistance and FAPS port operations.
- Audits: Conduct warranty and roadside assistance audits under the supervision of the warranty department.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Understanding of Data Warehouse Concepts and Relational Data Modeling.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
