Internship Opportunity in Connect and Infotainment Navigation, User Interaction, and Vehicle Function
About the Role
Join Porsche AG as an intern in the Connect and Infotainment System department, where you will gain hands-on experience in developing cutting-edge automotive technologies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects related to infotainment, navigation, user interaction, and vehicle functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Infotainment & Navigation: Assist in the functional development of infotainment systems, from concept to validation. Work on projects involving Android infotainment apps, digital assistants, AI, media streaming, and cloud gaming.
- User Interaction: Contribute to the development and refinement of display and control concepts for future vehicles. This includes specifying user flows and screen layouts, conducting user studies, and performing benchmark analyses.
- Vehicle Functions & Components: Support the development of Connect control units, including coding and flashing. Develop automation pipelines for the standalone commissioning of Connect control units and build prototypes for automated commissioning of multiple components.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Human Factors, Interaction Design, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least four semesters of study completed.
- Strong conceptual thinking and a passion for automobiles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a structured, independent work style.
- Excellent team and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
