Join Porsche as a Data Science Intern
As a Data Science Intern at Porsche, you will be part of a highly motivated team working on the latest challenges in data-driven functions, methods, and processes across various business areas. From the initial idea to implementation in business processes, production lines, or vehicles, you will contribute to innovative functions and concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and Implementation: Collaborate on the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Data and Process Analytics, such as Process Mining.
- Data Science Methods: Apply advanced Data Science methods for data preparation, structuring, provisioning, and visualization on real vehicle data, simulation data, production, and logistics processes.
- Support and Validation: Assist in planning, conducting, and following up on trials and test drives for validation and data generation.
- Machine Learning: Implement neural networks and Machine Learning techniques.
- International Rollout: Participate in the international market rollout of analytics applications within the sales organization.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or Robotics.
- Programming Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as R, Python, Scala, Java, or C++.
- Data Analytics Tools: Experience with Data Analytics and Machine Learning tools and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and scikit-learn.
- Version Control: Familiarity with version control tools for software development is desirable.
- Continuous Integration: Ideally, some experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools or Process Mining and Business Intelligence tools.
- Big Data and Cloud Applications: Basic knowledge of Big Data and Cloud applications (e.g., Spark, Spring Boot, Docker, Jupyter) is advantageous.
- Languages: Good command of German and English.
