Internship in Human Resources and Recruitment Marketing

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of strategies and projects to strengthen our employer brand.
- Take on administrative tasks such as contract and certificate creation and email correspondence.
- Conceptualize and create content for our career website, social media platforms, and other HR marketing channels.
- Organize and execute events such as university excursions and trade show appearances.
- Optimize internal processes and conduct information research and preparation.
- Actively participate in HR projects and take on your own projects and task packages.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Marketing, Online Media, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office, digital, and social media.
- Ideally, have initial experience in Human Resources and recruitment marketing.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
