This program is designed to help you grow both professionally and personally, with the support of an experienced mentor who will guide you through the process.
What Awaits You?
- Diverse Team and Mentorship: You will be part of a diverse team and be accompanied by an experienced mentor who will help you open doors and grow in your career.
- International Placements: The program includes four placements, two of which are abroad, tailored to your profile. This will help you establish an international network and gain in-depth insights into projects, strategies, and culture.
- Holistic View: Short-term placements within Production, Dealerships, and Customer Service will expand your holistic view and allow you to see the world through the eyes of our customers.
- Networking and Training: Participate in networking events to connect with like-minded professionals and join specialized courses at our training academy.

- Permanent Role: After the 18-month program, you will take on a permanent role within the BMW Group, bringing your strengths and unique profile to make an impact.
What Topics Can You Expect?
You will dive into a specific engineering area within the BMW Group. Together, we will select the field of work that suits you best, such as Research and Development, E/E, or Construction. You will be part of a highly qualified and appreciative team working on a wide range of tasks around innovative technologies that will shape the future of mobility sustainably.
Professional Background
- An above-average degree in Business, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Physics, Engineering Economics, Biotechnology, Automotive Technology, E-Mobility, Mechatronics, or similar.
- Six months of relevant practical experience in an environment close to one of the working areas above.
- At least four months of studying, working, or traveling abroad.
- Good technical understanding of IT and its architecture and programming skills.
Personal Skills
- Fluent in German and English.
- Passionate about demanding projects and cross-functional collaboration.
- Motivated and driven to take on responsibility.
- Open to other people, different cultural backgrounds, and new perspectives.
- Creative solutions and "out of the box" thinking.
