Your Responsibilities

As an IT Researcher, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process. Your main tasks will include:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize all known direct search methods to find candidates for various IT roles. You'll encounter roles you may not have heard of before, providing a great opportunity for learning and growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters daily. Our team is a group of fantastic individuals who offer support, a great atmosphere, and a good sense of humor (meme exchanges are a daily occurrence).
• CV Preparation: Prepare candidate CVs according to internal standards. While this may be less creative, it is vital for the entire process and can be quite relaxing for some.
• Market Analysis: Create business reports and analyze both the Polish and international markets. This task is suited for analytical minds eager to work, patient, and persistent in achieving goals.

Our Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience: At least one to two years in a similar position. A basic understanding of the IT industry (e.g., job titles) is necessary. If you can describe what a DevOps does, that's a big plus!
• English Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential, as English is as important as Polish in our company.
• Sourcing Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn is fundamental, but we also value experience with other sourcing platforms.
• Creativity: A willingness to explore unconventional solutions and a deep need to improve processes.
• Positive Attitude: We are looking for someone who will join our team and "play to the same goal" with us.
